If the value of the product is refunded, it will be returned in cash, and the bank will be charged 3% of the credit card commission. It will take 3 working days, then the value will be added to your card balance according to how long your bank takes.

There are no hidden fees when purchasing through our website. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay. Delivery fees may vary depending on product type, quantity and delivery location. This information will be available on the payment page before confirming the order.
To pay by credit card, you'll need your card number, expiration date and three-digit CVV number (located on the back of your card). After entering this data, you will be redirected to the bank page to enter the 3D password for electronic transactions.
Foreign currency cannot be used upon payment upon receipt. Only the Jordanian Dinar will be accepted.
You will receive an email with an order confirmation email summarizing your order and payment details. When you receive your purchases, the driver will give you a delivery notification detailing the order you received.
Payment when receiving:
If you are not comfortable with making online payments on our website, you can choose to pay on delivery instead. With this service, you can pay cash when the order is delivered to your doorstep without making any prepayment online.
While placing your order, choose the "pay on delivery" method. Print order confirmation to receive your order.
Please note:
- Our employee will collect the amount owed (the value of the piece + the value of delivery) of the total order before delivery in the case of large parts such as (refrigerators, washing machines, gas ovens ...).
-Only the local currency (Jordanian Dinar) will be accepted for payment upon collection.
-At Al-MUKHTAR Mall / Sports City branch, product refunds and exchanges are made for payment service upon delivery.
